Terms of use

1. Development access only

Navy Pigeon is unfinished software being developed and tested. It is not open for public registration or production use. You may create an account or use the application only if the project owner has expressly invited you to test it.

If you are not an invited tester, you must not create an account, connect an email account, upload contacts, or use any outreach feature. An invitation may be withdrawn at any time.

2. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box during signup or using an invited test account, you acknowledge these Terms of use and the Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not create or use an account.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Do not share an account or attempt to access another workspace.
• Notify the project owner promptly if you believe an account or connected mailbox has been compromised.
• Use only test data or data that you are lawfully authorized to process.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Navy Pigeon to:

• send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, or unlawful content;
• violate privacy, marketing, anti-spam, intellectual-property, or other laws;
• upload data obtained without a lawful basis or required permission;
• probe, disrupt, bypass, or misuse security or access controls;
• introduce malware or interfere with the service or another user; or
• use the development service for production or business-critical activity.

5. Mailbox and third-party services

If an invited test allows mailbox connection, you authorize Navy Pigeon to access and process the selected account only to provide the requested features. Your use of Google, Microsoft, or another provider remains subject to that provider's terms. The project owner does not control third-party availability or policy changes.

6. Your content and feedback

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant the project owner the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display it for development, testing, security, and operation of the service.

You may provide feedback voluntarily. The project owner may use that feedback to improve Navy Pigeon without an obligation to compensate you.

7. Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, reset, or discontinued without notice. Features may be incomplete, data may be deleted, and compatibility may change during development. Do not rely on Navy Pigeon as a system of record and keep independent copies of any permitted test data.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the development service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of this development service, including loss of data, messages, revenue, or opportunity. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated to protect users, connected services, or the project; to investigate suspected misuse; or because the test has ended. When access ends, stop using the application and disconnect any related integrations when requested.

11. Changes and contact

These interim terms may change as the product develops. Final operator, contact, and governing-law details will be published before any public launch. Invited testers can ask questions through their existing contact with the project owner.
